About The Position
This is a leadership-focused General Dentistry role within a modern, state-of-the-art dental practice. The opportunity involves serving as the lead clinical provider, overseeing daily dental operations and patient care delivery. Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Alabama Dental License REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience REQUIRED
- DDS or DMD REQUIRED
- Comfortable functioning as sole or lead dentist REQUIRED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills REQUIRED
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Dentrix software preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive General Dentistry services within outpatient practice setting
- Oversee daily clinical operations as lead provider
- Manage multiple operatories while maintaining high-quality patient care standards
- Support practice growth and patient retention initiatives
- Maintain clinical documentation and treatment planning workflows
- Collaborate with support staff within team-oriented dental environment
- Perform approximately 8–10 procedures daily
