About The Position

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Lead General Cleaner to join their Commercial Services team in Salt Lake City, UT. Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience directly related to the team.
• Experience in organizing and guiding teams preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization skills to give the team direction
• Proven ability to motivate others to achieve desired results
• Travel- Rarely, on average of 5% on a quarterly basis
• This position works in an operations environment with odors and/or dust and cleaning and/or laundry chemicals.
• This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.
