Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of full stack software development experience specifically with Angular and backend technologies such as Node.js or Java.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Lead role.

Nice To Haves

Proven track record of delivering enterprise applications in Agile environments with distributed teams.
Experience in client‑facing roles, including requirement discussions, demos, and stakeholder management.
Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or an equivalent advanced technical qualification.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, as well as CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Lead through hands‑on Angular coding, actively contributing to development, resolving complex technical issues, and conducting rigorous code reviews.
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the client, driving clarity on requirements and technical alignment.
Convert business requirements into clear technical designs and actionable tasks for offshore teams.
Coordinate onsite–offshore execution, drive Agile ceremonies, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
Track effort utilization and support accurate invoicing in collaboration with the delivery and finance teams.
