About The Position

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to work alongside a global organization, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions using cutting-edge technologies including React, Python, and AWS.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field.
Solid hands-on experience with React for frontend development, including component architecture and state management.
Strong proficiency in Python FastAPI for backend development, including RESTful API design and implementation.
Practical experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, or equivalent).
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and collaborative development workflows.
Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional team environments.
English: Advanced (required for effective communication with global teams).

Nice To Haves

Experience working with AI systems or AI-powered applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain both frontend (React) and backend (Python) components of web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features end-to-end.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following software development best practices.
Architect and integrate cloud-based solutions using AWS services to ensure reliability and scalability.
Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless, high-quality user experience.
Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards.
Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack in a timely manner.
