About The Position

As a Lead Associate, you will work within one of several teams (Receiving, Picking, or Packing) to deliver an incredible experience for our customers every day. Requirements

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to a 8-10 hr shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
• Willingness to get hands dirty to get a task completed.
• Ability to adapt to change quickly.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
• Must be 18 or older.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience is not required.
• Looking to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up company.

Responsibilities

• Accept customers' new inventory and manage the process of putting it away and accepting it into the system.
• Communicate inventory arrivals and any exceptions.
• Deliver products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately.
• Ensure the quality of each shipment and pack items correctly.
• Work with picking to guarantee shipments are fulfilled perfectly.
• Handle, store, and distribute products in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality.
• Follow all standard operating procedures.
• Report any concerns related to product condition or integrity.
• Support traceability through accurate record-keeping.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.
• Help out in other areas out of normal day-to-day responsibilities to ensure operations are running efficiently.
