Requirements

  • Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
  • Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to a 8-10 hr shift.
  • Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
  • May be required to help out in other departments as needed.
  • Willing to get your hands dirty to get a task completed.
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
  • Looking to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up company.
  • Must be 18 or older.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving: Accept customers’ new inventory and own the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system. Communicate arrivals and any exceptions.
  • Picking: Deliver products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately, keeping the flow of customers products moving and the warehouse humming.
  • Packing: Ensure the quality of each shipment and pack items correctly, working with picking to guarantee shipments are fulfilled perfectly.
  • Other Duties as Required: Help out in other areas out of normal day to day responsibilities to ensure operations are running efficiently.
  • Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures.
  • Report any concerns related to product condition or integrity.
  • Support traceability through accurate record-keeping.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.
