About The Position

Software Mind is seeking a Lead Front-end Software Engineer with React expertise to join a project for a gaming company. This company aims to reform the national gaming system by providing games responsibly, mitigating risks, and ensuring player protection. The role involves developing a new website page for a new Sportsbook, interpreting requirements, identifying solutions, and making technical decisions. Coaching other co-workers is also expected.

Requirements

• Proven experience of over 5 years in React development.
• Experience with state management solutions or patterns (e.g., centralized state management, event-driven architecture).
• Experience with CSS-in-JS solutions, preferably Emotion.
• Good English, both written and spoken.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with TypeScript.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with WebSocket communication on both client and server sides.
• Experience handling interactions with iframes.
• Familiarity with tools like issue trackers (Jira) and version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience, preferably with tools like Vite/Vitest.
• Experience with Node.js and Express for backend interactions.
