About The Position

Our mid-size construction firm is looking for a Lead Framing Carpenter. We specialize in new home construction, as well as remodels, and have more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. Our ideal candidate is a journeyman with at least 10 years’ experience in framing, has experience leading a framing crew and is able to read blueprints to determine work requirements. Additionally, this leader will need to coordinate with sub-contractors, be skilled with cutting and stacking roofs and stairs, setting windows and doors, and general wall layout. Finally, our employees must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to job sites, possess your own tools of the trade, and speak English. Requirements

• Journeyman level experience
• At least 10 years of experience in framing
• Experience leading a framing crew
• Ability to read blueprints
• Valid driver's license
