About The Position

Heirloom Construction is seeking a Lead Foreman for their commercial construction team. This role involves managing both sub-contractors and self-performing crews, requiring a strong understanding of various trade skills and a commitment to project quality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and instilling a "measure twice, cut once" approach to quality and efficiency, working alongside and mentoring a team of apprentices. Requirements

• 5+ years as a crew leader or foreman capacity in residential construction
• High School or GED
• Heavy Lifting, Carrying, Not overly afraid of Heights

• Belt-on Commercial Foreman that can methodically break down and rebuild anything
