About The Position

Environmental Products Group (EPG) is seeking an experienced Lead Foreman to join their Apopka Service Team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a growing service operation and lead a team of technicians. The Lead Foreman will be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining high service standards, optimizing shop processes, and building strong relationships with customers and internal partners. EPG has been a leading heavy equipment dealer in the Eastern United States for 25 years, known for its strong service culture and commitment to its employees.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the technician/ mechanical field
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor others
• The ability to build strong, professional relationships with customers and your team
• Basic computer literacy
• A positive, approachable attitude
• Foundational knowledge of OSHA requirements
• A valid driver’s license

• Preferred experience with CDK software

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the technician team
• Communicate clearly with customers and staff
• Enforce all safety and OSHA requirements
• Ensure quality control on all completed work
• Manage labor, tools, parts, and shop resources
• Maintain accurate service and repair documentation
• Provide CDK training and support to technicians
