The purpose of this job is to provide operational support to the restaurant management team. This position will supervise restaurant activities during non-peak service hours and other hours as needed. The role involves maintaining Brand and PTC restaurant operational standards, executing shift plans, following up on assigned tasks, assisting the management team, and working hourly positions. Key responsibilities also include monitoring food preparation, register procedures, cash handling, and ensuring hospitality and Speed of Service (SOS) goals are met. The Lead Food Services Team Member provides direction to team members during shifts, ensures cleaning processes are followed, monitors labor usage and break policies, and adheres to restaurant plans and objectives set by the Restaurant General Manager. They also assist with training and cross-training, ensure compliance with policies, maintain safe working conditions, and advise the General Manager on performance issues. Additionally, the role involves ensuring suggestive selling, product, food safety, and cleanliness standards are met, and that marketing efforts are compliant with products available and fresh.
