Lead Food Service Worker - Full Time, Rotating Shift
About The Position
The Food Service Worker Lead will lead staff in daily activities and work with them as needed, assigning and checking work to maintain workflow. In the absence of the Supervisor or Manager, the Lead will guide the team in designated areas. This role also involves assisting with staff training, including coordinating required in-services, and maintaining food safety requirements according to HACCP and health department standards for all duties. The Lead is also responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area, ensuring compliance with health department and facility requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 2 years of relevant experience in food service required
- FHC - Food Handlers Certificate within 30 Days required
