As a Lead Food Service Team Member, you’ll lead by example, support your team, and help deliver fresh food and exceptional customer service. You’ll keep food service operations running smoothly while ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, and ready to serve. You’ll be a key part of the team that brings Maverik’s food and great customer experience to life. You’ll lead by example, support your teammates, and build leadership skills while helping create an experience customers remember.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Champion GET: Model and reinforce Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) customer service expectations, helping Team Members consistently deliver a friendly, welcoming, and exceptional customer experience.
- Leadership & Team Support: Be a leader and team player as you conduct orientation and training for Team Members, ensuring proper and safe food preparation.
- Renowned Customer Service: Provide friendly, helpful customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.
- Food Preparation & Display: Prepare and cook delicious Maverik Bonfire food items by following our carefully crafted recipes and maintaining enticing food displays.
