The Food Service Supervisor performs a variety of kitchen duties as assigned and/or instructs inmate labor in preparation and serving of correctional facility meals in accordance with departmental work production standards, standardized recipes, and work instructions. Please note: Supervisory duties are in relation to supervising inmate labor.
