About The Position

At 1 Hour Home Offer, we help homeowners in difficult or time-sensitive situations by providing fast, fair solutions. Our signature service is making a cash offer on a home in as little as one hour. We work with sellers facing foreclosure, inherited properties, divorce, relocation, or homes that need repairs — and we make the process simple, respectful, and stress-free. We are looking for a dependable, high-energy team member who can confidently manage conversations, keep leads engaged, and ensure opportunities don’t fall through the cracks. As a Lead Follow-Up Specialist / Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for maintaining consistent communication with homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property. This is a high-activity, phone-focused role where organization, communication, and persistence are critical to success. You will be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment with clear expectations, structured systems, and ongoing support. Training is provided for all systems, scripts, and processes.

Requirements

  • Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep accurate notes and follow-up records.
  • Confident speaking with homeowners and using basic real estate terminology.
  • Able to handle a high volume of daily calls and consistent follow-up.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a full-time, in-office schedule.
  • Coachable and open to learning new systems and processes.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Full-time, in-office position (40 hours per week).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in real estate, wholesaling, brokerage, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, call center, or appointment setting roles.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Follow Up Boss, Calendly, or dialing software.
