About The Position

Impact Fire Services is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Technician/Inspector/Service Person for an opportunity for advancement. This role involves delivering quality products and services that meet or exceed customer and industry standards, achieving customer satisfaction through job competency and unsurpassed service. The position requires a good working knowledge of troubleshooting, NFPA 25 inspections, NFPA 13 code references, and/or repairing of fire sprinkler systems. Responsibilities include testing alarms, valves, switches, and other fire suppression equipment, conducting service calls, making repairs, performing smaller installations and upfits, generating testing reports, and maintaining assigned vehicles. The role also emphasizes strong customer service, professional representation of the company, and proficient computer skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years related fire sprinkler experience.
  • Candidates should have a good working knowledge of troubleshooting, NFPA 25 inspections, NFPA 13 code references, &/or repairing of fire sprinkler systems.
  • Ability to take direction & work as part of a team.
  • Oklahoma Fire Sprinkler Technician & Inspector License.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
  • MVR checks are required for all driving positions.

  • OSHA Safety Training (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Tests alarms, valves, switches & other fire suppression equipment as assigned.

  • Conducts service calls & makes repairs as assigned.
  • Performs smaller installations & upfits as directed.
  • Responsible to follow safety protocols of the company.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of assigned vehicle.
