Lead Financial Analyst, Manufacturing

Crusoe•Sunnyvale, CA
•$160,000 - $195,000

About The Position

Crusoe is hiring a senior individual contributor to own and build the financial planning and analysis engine for its rapidly growing Manufacturing business. The role owns the consolidated Manufacturing financial model, planning cycles, reporting, and KPIs, while establishing standards for model architecture, data definitions, templates, and review cadence. The analyst will help move the business from top-down planning to bottoms-up plans based on operational inputs and execution. As the team’s central analytical hub, this role works with Manufacturing Finance managers covering Data Center and Spark products, BI, Field Services, BizOps, Accounting, and the broader FP&A team. The position has regular visibility with Finance leadership and business executives through the Monthly Business Review and other forums. Its analysis informs supplier and contract manufacturer engagements, cost and margin targets, and cash planning. The role also owns the Manufacturing finance tools roadmap and helps develop planning infrastructure for future integrated supply planning and S&OP. This is a hands-on position: the analyst builds and operates the models, planning processes, and reporting directly, while setting standards and helping partners adopt the tools and processes.

  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior, non-finance leaders.
  • Comfort working amid ambiguity in a fast-growth environment, with a bias to build and iterate.

  • Own the financial content of the Monthly Business Review, including variance analysis, commentary, and executive-ready materials.
