About The Position

This role serves as a resource for other analysts, performing analysis and reporting regarding financial operations and information. The Lead Financial Analyst will conduct statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources. This position will also assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes, serving as a consultant to management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the role involves loading final budget spreads into applicable systems, performing required reconciliations, and communicating and collaborating with both internal and external partners.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Strong financial and analytics background
Healthcare industry experience
3+ years of experience

Nice To Haves

2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
