About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Lead Financial Analyst to support our Initial Quality and Lean Six Sigma teams. This role offers a highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with Quality, Operations, Continuous Improvement, and Finance leadership to drive improved quality outcomes, cost transparency, and financial discipline. The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of financial analysis experience in retail, manufacturing, or direct-to-consumer industries and have proven ability to deliver insights that impact strategic decisions and business growth. You can expect to work a hybrid schedule meaning 3 days/week on site and 2 days remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis within retail, manufacturing, or direct-to-consumer industries.
  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, with experience in analyzing manufacturing, retail, or direct-to-consumer business metrics such as cost structures, inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial insights to both financial and non-financial audiences; proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
  • Self-starter, who proactively identifies improvement opportunities and effectively manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive effective decision-making processes.
  • Evaluate financial performance, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights
  • Engage closely with Quality, Operations, and Continuous Improvement leaders to align financial objectives with operational priorities and enterprise quality goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and provide financial support for quality, initial quality, and Lean Six Sigma projects by developing business cases, estimating financial impact, validating assumptions, and tracking costs and benefits throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assess financial models, metrics, and processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and consistency
