About The Position

This position is for a Lead Finance Manager at a national security services firm, Inflow, which provides cutting-edge services across DoD and other agencies. The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 8+ years relevant experience OR PhD 5+ years relevant experience
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive budget and data analysis to inform financial planning and execution
  • Extensive experience with manpower and budgetary databases, including the Automated Budget Interactive Data Environmental System (ABIDES), interlink Resource Management Information System (iRMIS), and the Program Budget Execution System (PBES), to manage and report on financial resources
  • Deep knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) process to guide financial decision-making and resource allocation
  • Proven success in proactively managing tasks and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels to achieve strategic objectives
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, evidenced by the ability to effectively communicate complex information and build consensus in both written and oral forums

Responsibilities

  • Providing analytical support related to budget formulation, execution, forecasting, and financial documentation for highly technical programs and projects.
  • Supporting analytical, technical, administrative, and security services to enhance the operational effectiveness of the customer's directorates.
  • Researching, analyzing, and evaluating financial and manpower data from Government-provided systems, databases, and records to identify trends, anomalies, and potential resources gaps.
  • Assisting in the development of long-range financial plans, detailed budget forecasts, and multi-year funding profiles to support program and project execution.
  • Supporting monitoring and execution of approved financial plans and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support effective resource allocation and financial performance monitoring.
  • Other duties as assigned.
