The Lead Finance Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to the Fruitland manufacturing plant leadership, supporting a high‑volume Coca‑Cola operation with annual case production and OPEX spend in the tens of millions. This role provides financial leadership and rigorous business case analysis to optimize cost, profitability, and overall plant performance, while driving cross‑functional continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of the Manufacturing Finance and Plant Leadership teams, the Finance Manager (Lead Finance Business Partner) applies strong managerial accounting expertise within manufacturing processes to deliver actionable insights and achieve 3–5% annual productivity gains. Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, Manufacturing, with a dotted line to the Plant Director, this role is a critical subject matter expert accountable for enabling location-specific enterprise targets through analytical rigor, strategic influence, and operational partnership
