The Lead Finance Analyst, Adaptive is responsible for administration, and continuous optimization of the Adaptive Workday planning platform. This role ensures that models are accurate, scalable, standardized, and aligned with business needs while enabling financial planning teams to maximize efficiency and insight. This role performs work under minimal supervision and handles complex issues and problems, referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Experience is Everything.
