About The Position

As a Lead Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will take a pivotal role in leading and supporting field service activities to ensure the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair advanced building automation systems, while guiding and mentoring junior technicians. You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our El Paso, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and reliability of building automation systems, directly contributing to the safety, energy efficiency, and productivity of our customers' facilities. • Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
