About The Position

Valicor Environmental Services is looking for a Lead Facility Maintenance Technician to work in our Dearborn, MI facility. The successful candidate will perform machine predictive and preventative maintenance within our plant(s), handle corrective maintenance, and contribute to other duties as assigned. This role requires a strong work ethic, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to be a team player, self-starter, and willing to learn all aspects of the job.

Requirements

• 5-10 years overall experience
• Industrial electrical experience
• Pump Repair experience
• Mechanical Aptitude: ability to read and interpret drawings
• Electrical, Plumbing, and General Maintenance experience
• Welding, Pipe Fitting, Forklift experience
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Preventative Maintenance Software Applications
• Strong Work Ethic
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Must be a team player, self-starter and have the willingness to learn all aspects of the job
