About The Position

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Fitness Forum that includes staffing, methods of patient care delivery and current practices in caring for Cardiac Rehab participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an allied health field such as exercise physiology
• 1 year of professional experience working within the medical fitness field
• Experience in the coordination of staff and delivery of cardiovascular rehabilitation services to patients
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire
• ACLS Upon Hire
• ACSM - Clinical Exercise Specialist Certification for an exercise specialist by the American College of Sports Medicine Upon Hire or Advanced Specialty in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation of the American Physical Therapy Association Upon Hire or RN-BC - Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse American Nurses Association Specialty certification in Cardiac Rehabilitation certification Upon Hire
