About The Position

Elements Massage of Nutley is seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join their top-performing skincare team as an Experienced Practicing Licensee (EPL). The studio operates with a "Fans First" philosophy, aiming to create "un-ordinary" experiences for clients. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys mentoring others and helping clients look and feel their best. The EPL will serve as the heartbeat of the esthetics department, balancing client services with team elevation.

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician in NJ
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience
• Confident communicator who can mentor a team with warmth and clarity
• Professional who thrives in a high-performance, team-oriented environment
• Availability: 4-5 days per week, including one weekend day and one evening.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to resource for protocols and product knowledge.
• Coach the team on service protocols, rebooking, upgrades, and retail education.
• Ensure the studio adheres to state board sanitation and professional excellence standards.
• Partner with management to manage backbar and retail inventory.
