The position offers access to advanced services such as LED Phototherapy, Neveskin, Hydrafacials, ProPen, NuFACE Microcurrent, Chemical Peels, and Microdermabrasion, within a supportive environment that emphasizes results, education, and career growth.
Requirements
- Licensed Esthetician
- Strong retail and upgrade sales performance
- Experience with advanced skin care treatments
- Natural leader with coaching and training abilities
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Esthetics Team
- Coach estheticians on performance, retail, and client retention
- Drive service and retail sales growth
- Assist with training, onboarding, and team development
- Monitor inventory and treatment supplies
- Deliver exceptional facial and skin care services
- Partner with Spa Management on goals, events, and team success
