About The Position
The Transportation Department is seeking a Lead Equipment Mechanic. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 12-month work year, consisting of 260 days per year and 8-hour work days. The work hours will be Monday through Friday, with shifts either from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm or 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, to be determined at a later time. The position is part of the Classified, Transportation, and Confidential staff, and falls under the Transportation Salary Schedule.
