About The Position
PremierGarage of Southern Maine is seeking an experienced Lead Epoxy & Polyaspartic Floor Installer to join their growing team. This role is for individuals with at least two years of experience in installing epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems who can lead projects and deliver exceptional results. Requirements
- Minimum of two years of epoxy and/or polyaspartic flooring experience
- Experience with concrete grinding, crack repair, moisture testing, and surface preparation
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and lead installations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience towing/backing up a trailer
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of premium epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coating systems
- Grind, repair, and properly prepare concrete surfaces
- Mix and apply coating systems according to manufacturer specifications
- Deliver exceptional workmanship on every project
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Help train and mentor newer installers as our team grows
