About The Position

As a Lead EVS Aide, you are more than a cleaner you are a frontline leader. You ensure our hospital remains a safe, spotless sanctuary for patients and provide the guidance our team needs to succeed. Drive Excellence: Provide direction to housekeeping staff to ensure Nursing and hospital departments have exactly what they need. Master the Environment: Use pro-level techniques and equipment to maintain gold-standard quality scores. Be the Go-To: Lead by example with bed moves, floor care, and essential project assignments. Support the Mission: Collaborate with your team to maintain the high standards St. Charles is known for.

Requirements

• Previous healthcare housekeeping experience plus leadership skills to guide a team.
• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to stay active (standing/walking), lift up to 50 lbs, and handle essential cleaning solutions safely.
• Available to work every other weekend to support our 24/7 mission of care.
