- Experience leading complex projects independently.
- SOP redesign and process improvement experience.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities.
- Experience coaching junior professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Operational planning experience.
- Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects and processes with minimal supervision.
- Develop and implement operational plans.
- Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities through detailed analysis.
- Review and redesign SOPs to improve processes and efficiency.
- Coach and support junior engineering professionals.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use communication and negotiation skills to support project and operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
