About The Position
We are seeking a Lead Engineer to build and scale an enterprise AI Agent Platform. The role focuses on developing AI agents, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and platform infrastructure using GCP/Vertex AI/GKE, while ensuring strong security, CI/CD, observability, and AI evaluation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong GCP, Vertex AI, GKE, BigQuery
- Hands-on LLM, RAG, embeddings, and Agentic AI
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
- Strong distributed systems, microservices, and API architecture
- CI/CD, security, scalability, and observability
- Experience with LLM evaluation, testing, benchmarking, and regression frameworks
- Multi-LLM/model provider experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AI governance is a plus
