  • 3+ years of experience in Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, or Product Lifecycle Management.
  • 3+ years working knowledge of rotating equipment or complex mechanical systems.
  • 3+ years experience with product structures (BOMs), logical feature modeling, and the impact of configuration changes on downstream systems (ERP/Supply Chain).
  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and work across departmental boundaries.
  • 1 year of proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use that data to drive process improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with modern PLM and ERP environments and how they interact within a manufacturing or engineering business.
  • Understanding of supply chain requirements, including material planning and cut-in management.
  • Excellent communication skills—capable of explaining technical configuration challenges to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with continuous improvement/Lean methodologies.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of successfully managing multiple workstreams concurrently.

  • Ensure that product enhancements are accurately reflected across the digital ecosystem (MBE, PLM, ERP, PASM).
  • Perform impact assessments to identify how a change in one system affects the broader product definition.
  • Actively participate in Lean initiatives.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the current configuration process and propose/implement technical solutions that streamline data management.
