About The Position
As a Lead Electrical Design Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a key role in leading electrical engineering projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components. The lead engineer will provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the team, ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation, improve processes, and achieve project objectives. You will report directly to our manager of electrical engineering and you’ll work out of our Lancaster, PA location on a On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced electrical engineering solutions.
