Requirements

CDA or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility, kindergarten, or early childhood program
Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and dependability
Comfort with technology for documentation and communication

Nice To Haves

Experience in a Reggio Emilia-inspired environment
Familiarity with Project Based Learning
Teacher certification or licensure

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual student needs and developmental stages
Design and implement engaging, inquiry-based provocations rooted in Project Based Learning
Observe, assess, and document student progress using digital tools, submitting records to the Assistant Director in a timely manner
Collaborate with fellow educators to promote interdisciplinary, cross-curricular learning
Build strong, communicative relationships with families — including regular updates and parent meetings
Uphold child safety and welfare as a top priority at all times
Maintain compliance with Reggio's Treehouse standards and State Licensing requirements
Participate in school events, field trips, and ongoing professional development
