About The Position

As a Lead Educator, you'll supervise classroom activities, create a safe and nurturing environment, and implement engaging learning experiences based on NAEYC guidelines. Requirements

• Has a positive and reliable work ethic
• Holds experience working with children and families
• Can effectively supervise children, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Can create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Experienced in early childhood education with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledgeable about child development, classroom management, and best practices for early childhood education
• CPR and first aid certified (or able to obtain certification)

Nice To Haves

• Holding an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field
