About The Position

Child Development Schools is seeking a passionate educator to lead a classroom and create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. The role focuses on guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being, planning engaging activities that support development across multiple areas, and building strong partnerships with parents through open communication. The organization serves children from six weeks to twelve years old and operates across 11 states.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Complete 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of starting employment.
• Genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of working with children.

• Education in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience within a licensed center.
