Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Complete 12 hours of training in childcare within 30 days of starting employment.
  • Genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

  • Education in Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience within a licensed center.
