About The Position

The Mary T Family of Companies has an opening for a Lead DSP - Site Supervisor at our group home in Shoreview, MN. The Lead DSP - Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the group home site, including providing direct cares for residents, as well as assist the Program Manager with daily staffing, client programming, training, and scheduling as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must have the ability to pass a background check through DHS
• Three (3) years of group home experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of management/scheduling experience

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the overall operations of the group home site
• Providing direct cares for residents
• Assisting the Program Manager with daily staffing, client programming, training, and scheduling as needed
• Flexing hours as needed to cover open shifts, including evenings and/or weekends
