Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in drywall repair and finishing or equivalent trade experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor environments.
  • No felonies related to violence, sex offenses, or theft.

Responsibilities

  • Perform drywall repairs, including patching, sanding, texturing, and finishing, according to company standards.
  • Adapt to various job requirements, demonstrating proficiency and flexibility in handling multiple trades including but not limited to painting, carpentry, minor electrical, ext.
  • Assist in training and supporting co-workers while contributing to an efficient and safe work environment.
  • Engage with clients professionally, understanding their needs and ensuring the work meets or exceeds their expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area, and comply with safety protocols on every project.
  • Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets company quality standards.
  • Use company software for job documentation, invoicing, and reporting.
  • All other duties as needed
