About The Position

The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our mission is to unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. As a Lead Donation Processing Clerk in one of our Thrift Stores, you will assist in the overall management of accepting, processing, and selling donated items. The profits from these sales fund our Programs and Services, making them accessible to all youth who need them in Idaho. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 16 years of age
• Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our donors!
• Ability to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise
• Performs functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store
• Serves as a leader by providing training and directing the store employees
• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
