This role is responsible for making routine day-to-day operational decisions within their assigned area, adjusting priorities to support business goals, and communicating significant issues to managers. The Lead Donation Attendant helps ensure Team Members are equipped to provide excellent service and a consistent, positive experience. They may travel between locations to support business needs, provide training, maintain internal partnerships, and ensure consistent execution of operational programs. This role supports effective onboarding and training by ensuring Team Members have the necessary resources, guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support. They also support day-to-day operations, including Team Member and donor needs, site coverage, premises maintenance, product management, loss prevention, and adherence to operational standards. Ensuring assigned locations are clean, well-kept, safe, secure, and reflective of company and brand standards is also a key responsibility. The position identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost savings, collaborates with various internal departments, and supports Team Member development through ongoing training and feedback. They play an active role in company culture initiatives and change management, model and reinforce Core Values, and support donation accuracy through daily counts, audits, and reporting. This role does not perform formal performance management or make independent employment decisions.
