About The Position

As a Lead Director on CVS Health’s Supply Chain Systems team, you will shape the future of technology products that enable Supply Chain Transformation & Modernization, aiming to delight the customer and colleague user experience. Our technology products are crucial for delivering on our promise to end consumers, driving efficiencies, reducing labor, and improving order accuracy, with a balanced focus on colleague engagement and retention. In this product portfolio ownership role, you will manage the development and rollout of new technology applications and drive an iteratively innovative feature roadmap to improve existing technology and processes. You will partner with users to be an expert on user experience across all applications within your portfolio and work with various DC leaders, vendor partners, and IT to deeply understand our processes and challenges, driving improvements to both. Your role requires a combination of supply chain business process understanding and software product management skills, as our technology products are highly business process oriented. As a technology leader, you will be responsible for balancing business viability, technology feasibility, and user/customer desirability for the CVS Supply Chain technology portfolio.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Supply Chain System experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
  • 8+ years of experience working with IT PMO or equivalent, and managing/supporting large scale technology projects relationships
  • Proven project management skills
