This position is responsible for providing leadership and instruction within the department, supporting its strategic direction. The role involves building trust and representing the Supervisor and Program to employees, individuals, and the community. Key duties include communicating concerns, assisting with daily scheduling, creating activities, mentoring new staff, representing Ariel in community meetings, communicating with guardians and service providers, ensuring daily documentation, providing a supportive environment, following safety procedures, coordinating transportation, and assisting with performance appraisals. The role also involves overseeing individual programs to improve skills and ensuring quality, coordinated care that meets regulatory standards.
