Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license.
- GED or High School Diploma required.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team- oriented.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support while taking on a leadership role within the home, mentoring staff and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
- Lead by example, coaching and supporting Direct Support Professional.
- Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and community engagement.
- Ensure person-centered plans, behavior plans, and documentation are followed accurately.
- Support day-to-day operations of the home in partnership with leadership.
- Administer medications and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment.
- Transport individuals to appointments and advocate for their needs.
- Support individuals with budgeting, household routines, and independence goals.
- Complete required documentation including progress notes, incident reports, and daily logs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide clear shift hand-offs.
