ACO&P embeds artificial intelligence, a high-fidelity Security Operations Data Plane, and strategically managed security-relevant tooling as default operating capabilities—not optional point solutions. The organization is intentionally designed to mature over time, incorporating additional security tooling responsibilities where required, while ensuring all tooling adheres to shared platform patterns, data standards, and AI-first principles.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital product management, platform product leadership, or enterprise product delivery.
  • Demonstrated success leading outcome-driven portfolios in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership, operating-model rigor, and strategic communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with security data, observability, analytics, and telemetry ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with KQL-style analytics and security log data concepts.
  • Experience with telemetry pipeline patterns such as routing, transformation, and normalization.
  • Experience enabling AI adoption at scale through platforms rather than point features.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI governance concepts such as guardrails, auditability, and safe actions.
  • Experience defining golden paths or internal platform adoption models.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the north-star vision for an AI-first cyber operations ecosystem.
  • Own the product vision and outcomes for a mature Security Operations Data Plane.
  • Establish tooling readiness posture, defining when and how security-relevant tooling is operated or absorbed to uphold ecosystem standards.
  • Own portfolio strategy, roadmap, and outcome-based prioritization (OKRs/KPIs).
  • Drive adoption of ecosystem capabilities across Cyber Operations job roles.
  • Resolve tensions between local optimization and ecosystem integrity.
  • Partner with engineering, platform, and governance stakeholders to ensure defensible, scalable delivery.

Benefits

  • Compensation offered for this role is $134,000 – 209,750 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
  • The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
