Role Responsibilities Overview This role leads digital media strategy and execution. You will partner with internal teams, agencies, and analytics functions to deliver high-impact, performance-driven campaigns that support campaign goals, including member acquisition, retention, and brand engagement. The Lead position requires an in-depth understanding of digital and performance marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, video, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate has experience developing performance-focused media objectives, stewarding multi-channel campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing data, and guiding agency partners to maximize ROI.
