About The Position

The Lead Digital Experience Designer conceptualizes and designs visual marketing solutions from concept through completion, leading visual design decisions to maintain a consistent look and feel on att.com. This is a hands-on visual web design role focused on marketing and ecommerce, not product design, UX research, or print design. The designer leads visual design for component-driven, responsive marketing and ecommerce experiences, translating marketing strategy, products, promotions, and complex offers into polished digital stories and experiences. The role works within an established design system and combines strong graphic design craft with responsive web design, merchandising, and conversion expertise. Work includes establishing visual hierarchy in Figma, art directing and compositing imagery in Photoshop, and partnering with implementation teams to ensure the delivered experience reflects the creative vision. The role also provides creative direction and mentorship to designers and helps advance digital design standards, tools, and best practices. This is a full-time onsite position in El Segundo, California, performed at the designated work location five days per week. No relocation is offered.
