We’re seeking an Advanced Practice Dietitian to provide evidence-based nutrition care, serve as a clinical leader within the healthcare team, and promote positive patient outcomes through innovation and expertise.

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with five years of experience
  • Master’s degree in nutrition
  • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Practice Certification through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
  • Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
  • Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
  • Contribute to and lead QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
  • Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
  • Support the growth of clinical and departmental staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
