About The Position

Responsible for coordinating and directing personnel performing radiology exams to obtain images for diagnosis and treatment by physicians. Conducts and leads employees in diagnostic radiology procedures, ensuring high-quality services and compliance with department, Medical Center, and third-party requirements. Collaborates with leadership to ensure adequate staffing and properly functioning equipment. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate patient care to all we serve.

Requirements

• Completion of a formal Radiography program with an associated certificate or degree.
• IEMA License in Radiography.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT(R)) registration.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

Nice To Haves

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, privacy, and safeguarding protected health information.
• Proficiency in supervision, instruction, and evaluation.
• BLS is preferred for MSS.
